Improving Connection
Suzie supports individual clients in improving their relationship with themselves and others from an attachment theory focus. Suzie assists clients in identifying their own attachment style (and those they care about) and guides clients in working towards earning secure attachment through compassionately challenging self and creating a safe haven and secure base with self and others.

Suzie provides various interventions including CBT, DBT Skills focused on interpersonal relationship skills, distress tolerance skills, emotional regulation skills, and mindfulness skills.
